Frame

Here is a bunch of hastily written words and I "make them public with doubtful feelings".

The free-er we are, the more we are.

Goodness \(\to\) Freedom.

  • Goodness comes from virtue. It is intrinsic.
  • Humor > Antifragility > Agape > Moderatio > Justice

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥

Capital \(\to\) Freedom.

  • Capital comes from persuasion. It is extrinsic.
  • Social capital > Monetary capital > Political capital

Appendix

  • What are you fighting for?

  • All great practical things are linked to crazy new perspectives. But judging whether something would end up being practical is much harder than asking if it provides a new perspective.

  • Cardinal values, humanistic values and personal values are best treated as separate, but a more concentrated valueset should not contradict a broader one.

  • You can’t be good without ever being at fault.

  • Perception leads to feelings which in turn leads to thoughts and then to actions and behaviours. However, this is not where the chain ends. The chain is bent into a loop as behaviours influence our perception.

  • There's problem in presenting perfection than goodness and the unwill to deal with toxic dissonance. Trouble spews up when your internal representation of self outright contradicts the frame you carry.

  • Is recursive and narrative self-awareness enough for humor?

  • Courage is in shorter supply than genius.
